Your cards bind to two future L1 block hashes the moment you bet or hit — card = HASH(blockhash(H) ‖ blockhash(H+1) ‖ hand ‖ n) mod 52 — and the dealer's hole card and hits are drawn the same way from blocks bound only after you stand. Nobody can peek, stack the deck, or grind the result (two blocks are mixed).
